C.A.T. Children's Arts at Trinity


C.A.T. (Children's Arts at Trinity) is a free arts program for children in grades 1-6. The program is held on Wednesdays from 4:30 to 7:00 pm for two 10 week sessions beginning Wednesday 9/20/17 and ending 3/21/18. Classes include drumming, visual arts, music, singing and drama. Dinner for participants will be provided. All children are welcome! Class schedule is: 4:30 - 5:00 Gathering and Stories with Miss Melissa
5:00- 5:30 Singing and moving with Miss Nichole
5:30-6:00 Meal and Fellowship
6:00-6:30 Drumming/Percussion with Mr. Scott
6:30-7:00 Visual Art with Miss Lexi and Miss Suzanne

 We will not hold CAT Wednesday 11/22/17, 12/20/17, 12/27/17 or 1/3/18.  

 CAT resumes Wednesday 1/10/18.

May 24, 2023 We’re on our way!  Here’s the Ohio group (minus one) hanging out at the Cleveland airport, waiting to board our first leg, to JFK airport in New York. May 25, 2023 There are no pictures today.  Sorry.😞   After a 10 hour flight from New York and a 10-11 hour bus ride, we finally made it to our hotel.  It was 10:00 when we arrived and it was great to be able to stand up and walk around.  We are four hours ahead of Ohio.  I’ll have pictures tomorrow.  ðŸ˜Š May 26, 2023 Today was a day full of Ghanaian culture!     We visited a wonderful batik artist. She and her artists cut designs in foam, dip them in very hot wax, shake them off and print the wax on cloth.
