It is approximately 50 miles South, South West of Cleveland and 35 miles South West of Akron.  Trinity hosts a free hot, healthy breakfast, five days a week for the community.  We serve an average of 65 people per day.  The program requires 100 volunteer hours each week.  18,000 meals were served in 2015.  Projects/Focus:   Volunteer groups will begin each day by working with Trinity volunteers preparing and serving our Breakfast Program.  Following breakfast they will have the opportunity to work with one of several community organizations including MOCA House (a local mental health drop in center), People to People Ministries (a local food p

Outdoor Worship August 20, 2017 John Streeter Amphitheatre, Secrest Arboretum 2122 Williams Rd. Wooster, Ohio  44691 Sunday August 20, 2017 – 10:30 am Join us for our annual outdoor worship service surrounded by the beauty of the Secrest Arboretum on the OARDC / ATI Campus.  After worship we will gather at the nearby glassed in pavilion for our pot luck lunch.  The Fellowship Committee will be providing grilled hot dogs and beverages. The Amphitheatre has stone wall seating so you might want to bring a blanket or chair to sit on.  Bring a pot luck dish to share and you own table service. Downtown Vacation Bible School 2017 When:  June 19-22 – 9 am to noon Where:  First Presbyterian Church of Wooster                 621 College Ave                 Wooster, Ohio  44691 For Children Ages 4 through 6 th grade Sponsored by the following churches: Central Christian Church First Church of Christ, Scientist First Presbyterian St. James Episcopal St. Mary Church Catholic Trinity United Church of Christ Wooster United Methodist Zion Lutheran Theme:  Maker Fun Factory Created by God, Built for a Purpose The whole week is filled with interconnected lessons and experiences to enable the children to discover that they’re lovingly crafted by God and built for a purpose.  They learn one important Bible point each day and is reinforced through Bible adventures.     For any VBS to be successful we need plenty of volunteers.  Please consider volunteering even if you can only do so one day.
